Pricing is by flat rate and either based on your home's configuration and square footage.

Remember, we bring all of our own equipment and cleaning supplies. You don't need to have anything. Other companies charge extra for this so keep that in mind when checking out our prices as once you factor that in you'll see we're actually the more economic service!

 

Service Descriptions

 

Studio/1 Bedroom Cleaning Service $119 What a bargain! This will cover up to 1000 square feet depending on condition.

 

2 Bedroom Cleaning Service $149 This will cover up to 1500 square feet depending on condition. This rate is only available for residences where, when including the entire residence, only have 2 bedrooms total. If you would like to leave out one or both bedrooms from the cleaning there is a discount of $10 for each bedroom we don't enter. Just choose this service and let us know in the "special instructions" section how many bedrooms you'd like to skip and we will apply your discount.

 

3 Bedroom Cleaning Service $189 This will cover a 3 bedroom residence up to 2000 square feet depending on condition. This rate is only available for residences where, when including the entire residence, only have 3 bedrooms total. If you would like to leave out one, two or all bedrooms from the cleaning there is a discount of $10 for each bedroom we don't enter. Just choose this service and let us know in the "special instructions" section how many bedrooms you'd like to skip and we will apply your discount.

4 bedrooms or more? Our rates start at $229 but may be adjusted higher if your square footage is more than 2500. We will contact you to let you know once we check it online.

Cleaning Upgrades

 

Move-In/Out Cleaning +$40

A move in/out cleaning is done when the house is vacant. In addition to a great cleaning, we vacuum and sanitize the insides of all drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom(s).

Note: drawers and cabinets must be empty.

 

Oven Cleaning +$20

We use a solvent based cleaner (Easy-Off type) to thoroughly clean your oven.

 

Refrigerator Cleaning +$20

We remove all items in your refrigerator and remove all the shelves and drawers for a deep cleaning.

 

Window Cleaning +$50

A complete cleaning of all inside glass and outside glass on terraces/decks starts at $50 and up, depending on the size of the home. This service includes the use of our step-ladder but not full size ladders or scaffolding.
